Shipping and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

Depending on the nature of the product ordered, choose one of the delivery methods below at the end of the order process:

• Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature,
• Letter with tracking number,
• Mondial Relay, Sending and Tracking Parcels in Points Relais® & Lockers.

Packages can also be sent in Letter mode with a tracking number depending on the nature of the product ordered.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.
