Developed by the Center for Research on the Conservation of Graphic Documents (CRCDG now CRCC), wax 213 is produced by the National Library of France. It is especially recommended for the maintenance of leather bindings in good condition.

C213 is an emulsion based on bSuf foot oil which has the property of lubricating the leather at the same time as it rehydrates it.
